Copy and Save Reports

When a detailed report is on screen in the Full Weather view, two commands on the Cities menu export it as plain text:

• Copy Weather Report — copies the displayed report to the clipboard.
• Save Weather Report... — saves it to a text file (the suggested filename is based on the city name).

Both require Full Weather to be open for a city; otherwise the app tells you there is nothing to copy or save.
